Apple & Cheddar Prosciutto Pull-Apart Bread Rolls

1. Preheat oven according to biscuit packaging. 
2. Remove biscuits from packaging. Carefully pull each biscuit in half, then roll out biscuit thinly on a floured surface. 
3. Spread a thin layer of fig jam in center of dough, then add cheese, apple pieces and half a slice of prosciutto. 
4. Pull sides towards the center to seal the contents and form a ball. Repeat for remaining dough. 
5. Place dough balls, seam side down, on a baking sheet or springform pan lined with parchment paper. Evenly space out balls in a circle, leaving approximately 1/2” of room in between them. 
6. Brush melted butter on each dough ball and top with flaky salt. 
7. Bake for about 20 minutes or until balls are golden brown.
