Baked Avocado Toast Pizza

1) preheat oven to 375F

2) top any bread of choice (I did whole wheat pita bread from @traderjoes) with mashed avocado

3) season the base with salt & pepper

4) with the back of a spoon, create a little well in the mashed avo, to hold the egg

5) gently crack an egg in the center (make sure to place your pizza on a baking sheet before you do this!)

6) place in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the egg white is solid (you don’t want to overcook if you want your yolk runny!)

7) add any spices or sauces you like! (I did cayenne pepper & za’atar!) Voilà!
