My new favorite appetizer: brie, fig jam, & apple wrapped in prosciutto on little toasts! The crunchy apple with creamy brie & sweet fig jam wrapped in crispy prosciutto is AMAZING. These went so fast in my house - recipe below to recreate it yourself.

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Slice baguette into 2” thick slices, and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
3. To the edge of a piece of prosciutto, top a slice of brie with 1 tsp. fig jam & 1 apple slice. Roll the prosciutto around the brie stack. Repeat for the remaining slices of prosciutto.
4. Place prosciutto rolls on top of baguette slices.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until prosciutto is crispy.
