Ingredients: 1 cup chopped fresh greens of choice; 1 clove garlic, sliced; 0.25 inch lemon with rind (slice); 2 tbsp high quality olive oil; 0.5 tsp salt; 0.5 tsp black pepper; 8 oz Brodo Hearth broth (or any Brodo broth)

1. All ingredients to a small saucepot with a lid, cover, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until pot is fragrant from the garlic and lemon.
2. Add everything to a blender and blend on high until the liquid is a bright green color. Pour into a heat-safe glass and enjoy while hot! I love an extra squeeze of lemon on top, too.
