Instructions

Step 1: Take eggs out of fridge to bring them to room temperature (this prevents cracking).

Step 2: Bring water to a rolling, bubbly boil with 1 tsp. salt.

Step 3: Carefully drop eggs in with a spoon. Immediately set a timer for 6:30 minutes (6:45 for XL eggs).

Step 4: Prepare an ice bath in a bowl with cold water and ice.

Step 5: Once the timer goes off, immediately remove eggs from heat, run them under cold water, then place them in the ice bath. Wait until eggs are cool to the touch (about 3 minutes).

Step 6: Enjoy!
