Miso Butter Mushrooms on Toast

To a preheated skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp. white miso paste, stirring until miso is caramelized. Add mushrooms, 1/2 tsp. salt and another 1/2 tbsp. butter and cook until mushrooms are charred. Add thyme and black pepper just before finishing. Top on toasted sourdough with ricotta, a drizzle of honey, some fresh black pepper and chopped chives.
